We do things differently than you will find anywhere else. I’ve worked hard to create something new. It’s called Drop In Training includes 

  • TRX Work

  • Cardo Work

  • Boxing Cardio 

So what is Drop In Training?  First off we don’t have class times. Fitness should be done on your schedule not mine. The best way to explain it, is for you to come try a session on me. I look forward to seeing you soon.
